Uh, Chris.... I Just Tagged Out!

Trey got this buck on Saturday morning, after taking his doe fifteen minutes earlier. After such a slow week, it was a relief have somebody bring some deer into the shed. But I've never seen someone take two deer by archery in such close succession. After he climbed into his stand, at about 7:30, three does came in, the biggest of which might have been a winner but didn't present a shot. Trey decided not to risk it, and took one of the smaller ones. Fifteen minutes later, in came this nice 8 point, which kindly bracketed his breadbasket between two trees, giving Trey the perfect shot. It dressed out at 145 pounds, and as you can see, has a very nice symmetrical rack. Doc's replacement this year really showed 'em how it's done.
